Growing up in the Okanagan, Melissa had the opportunity to play a variety of sports including playing for BC Baseball for three consecutive nationals. Since moving to Vernon, she has been a part of the Vernon Baseball Association as an assistant/pitching coach for Midget AA. In her free time off the field you can find her anywhere in the outdoors or at home reading a book!
